Q) Why won't you ship international or accept payments from international bidders?

A) We have used Air Parcel, Global Express, Fedex & UPS for international shipments in the past. The lack of a tracking tool for Air Parcel & inconsistent Global Express tracking information, combined with customs delays resulted in an inordinate amount of time required to complete the transactions and both customer and seller frustration. The high cost of UPS International shipping detered overseas bidders from bidding. While the UPS shipping cost to Canada was relatively low, the brokerage fees and international tax & duty as stated in our past auctions as an additional cost, was often overlooked by the international bidder. This resulted in frustration by the customer and an inordinate amount of time and money for us to track, communicate, and relist many items. Therefore, we do not currently ship international.  We do not accept PayPal from international bidders because of the lack of seller protection. We do not accept money orders from international bidders because of payment receipt delays and additional bank charges. Thank you for your understanding.
