FOR OUR BUYING CUSTOMERS - We will communicate with you clearly through words and pictures during and after each auction or sale. We will keep you informed throughout the payment & shipping process. We will ship promptly via UPS (United Parcel Service) each day, Monday through Friday with tracking information.
Return Policy - AuctionHarbor™ allows returns on items ONLY if the item was not as described and we are notified within 5 days of UPS delivery or attempted delivery of that item. Items being returned must be received by us within 10 calender days from the date UPS recorded delivery or attempted delivery to you. The buyer is resonsible for return shipping costs. Please insure, as damaged returned items will not be accepted. We always welcome your questions, comments, and suggestions.
